The Bill McKinley Singles Although the weather was unkind to the club during the qualifying nights, spectators were treated to some excellent bowls during the Finals Night. A great final, which went down to the last bowl, saw John Quinn, Ballylennon, edge out Pat Walsh, Glenties, to take the Bill McKinley Open Singles for this season, having won it in 2018. Semi-final spots were filled by Jamie Glackin, Maghery, and Colin Glackin, also from Maghery. Other competitors on Finals Night were Rachel McDonnell, Ballylennon, Bertie Cole, St Johnston BC, Valerie Witherow, Strabane CC, David Bonner, St Johnston Pres, Danny McLaughlin, Greenbank, James McHugh, Dunfanaghy, Andrew Steele, Greenbank, Stephen Martin, St Eunans, Raphoe, Lee Jacob, Ramelton, Vanessa McHugh, Ballylennon, Charlie Callaghan, Ramelton and Daniel O’Kane, St Eunans, Raphoe. The prizes were presented by James McKinley.
